So about a year ago I had asked them about how they cook their gluten-free pizza. They assured me it was in an oven by itself on its own pan. Since then we have been ordering gluten-free pizza from there for my celiac son because it is the only gluten-free pizza in the area that he likes. It really is very good! But tonight I was picking it up and it wasn’t out of the oven yet. I saw the guy take it out of the oven with one of those wooden boards and I could see it also was not on a pan. So I questioned them about it. It goes right on this little metal rack that is used for all the other pizzas and in an oven with regular pizzas. My son just had his markers checked a couple of days ago and everything was high and I was wondering why. I’m beginning to realize that unless a place is dedicated gluten-free, I don’t think it can be trusted. My son is devastated that we can’t get our pizza there anymore.
