Review of LIT Pizza

The salad was good but I wouldn't trust the pizza for anything. They use the same scoop for all sauces and it is smeared all over the floury crust of the gluten pizzas. If they have another method we're not aware of it. I'm celiac and my husband is gluten free by choice. He was not asked if anything other than what he wanted on his pizza. I love the idea of local and fresh but sometimes you need more than a small salad.
