They confirmed they use tamari soy sauce for all the soy sauce is gluten free, which means a ton of the options here are gluten free! In the shop the take home items are labeled if they contain gluten but note the menu for fresh food is not labeled. Since they use gf soy sauce though many things should be fine.

Also the food is amazing authentic Korean food and sides, I'll be back here all of the time.
