This place is really good, they understand the precautions needed and are very careful. If you say you are celiac/you have an allergy, they will use a special prep area and have a dedicated fryer. They use a gf wing batter, and clearly mark which flavours are gf. So many choices!!! I ate here 3 times and was ok!
