The menu has items marked as gluten free and our waitress described kitchen protocols for celiac/allergies. Dedicated fryer. She walked through the entire menu with us and also marked items in pen that I specifically should not order to avoid both gluten and soy. There was one slip up with our elote-style asparagus (I asked the waitress to double check they were GF because of some suspicious “cheese” on top that looked too much like breadcrumbs). Another table received our order by mistake - they apologized and had our order remade without breadcrumbs. Overall good experience but a close call!
