Guy at the counter was knowledgeable. Sandwiches can be made on gluten free bread. It was very tasty and a lot of sandwich options. They even had a gluten free cookie! I am super sensitive and had no reaction.

I got the Reuben sandwich on gluten-free bread and informed the server that I had celiac. I did not get sick after eating here, so I believe they took the appropriate precautions to avoid cross-contamination. I'm usually fairly sensitive. The sandwich was absolutely delicious and because their GF bread was small, they actually gave me two tiny sandwiches! I would definitely come back.
