They say they can make all sandwiches on a gluten free sub roll. It’s not bad, but a bit crumbly. They ask if it’s an allergy or a preference when you order and mark it as an allergy for the staff so they’ll change their gloves. Great lunch spot!

I have celiac and ordered the spicy Italian sandwich on gluten free bread. They asked me right away if it was an allergy & when I grabbed my sandwich from the window they made sure to keep it away from the gluten-containing orders. Items are not clearly marked but they seemed to be knowledgeable. 2 hours later & no symptoms. They seem to use the same GF bread that Jersey mikes uses.
