Our waitress was knowledgeable about celiac - however, it is more likely because she has a family member with celiac; I am not sure how knowledgeable any other waitstaff would have been. She explained the kitchen did not have a dedicated space; however, they would change gloves, use a different, clean pan, etc.
Typical diner breakfast fare: eggs, breakfast meat, toast (GF white toast available), fruit, yogurt. All was tasty. My daughter was happy to be able to order with confidence.
