As a celiac I’m always very careful about being Glutened. I made several servers aware that I was celiac and even confirmed with the restaurant manager before eating there that they were celiac safe options. The waitress told me some thing did not contain gluten, and later, another waiter came up to me and told me that it did. People make mistakes, but the manager had the nerve to tell me That it was my fault for not being clear about my disease. His reaction was absolutely unacceptable. And his staff needs better training. I would never eat here again.
