I haven’t visited yet, but the owner said they make every sauce in house and they can all be made with gluten free soy sauce, and the only items that aren’t gluten free are gyozas, anything tempura (fried), and the elk sauce/sweet soy (as it comes in a package). They said their staff can go through the menu and point out anything you might have ordered that isn’t safe. They did request letting them know ahead of time, so they can take the necessary steps needed. Looking forward to trying them out!
