Garlic parm gf wings, burger with gf bun and gf onion rings. Nothing tasted gf!!!! Everything was soooooo yummy!!!!! This is a great place for us gluten free options to eat and it’s sooooo nice that the staff is knowledgeable!!!!! It’s like going back in time when I didn’t have to worry about being gluten free!!!

Great atmosphere for casual dining. Service was fast and everyone was friendly.
We ordered the portobello fries, Blake's cider, burger melt with gf bun and French fries. It was all delicious!
There are so many gf options - like onion rings! I believe they use chickpea flour.
I wish I could've ordered everything!!!

GF onion rings!!! Need I say more? Ok, I’ll say more, they were delicious. Two GF beer options, yummy chicken breast sandwich on a GF ciabatta bun. They were seriously understaffed sadly, but the one waitress did a great job. We will go back.

I was in the Pontiac area after passing my drivers test and my mom and I were looking for somewhere to celebrate. We were VERY surprised and happy with what we found. The owner’s girlfriend has Celiac and one of the daughters of their former chef had Celiac, too. The staff was very knowledgeable. All of their fried foods are made with chick pea flour and they also have GF pasta, bread, hamburger buns, ciabatta buns, and more. I highly recommend their wings. We also had soup, sandwiches, onion rings, and fries, all GF. Most of the time when I eat GF, it has an odd texture or it just tastes bland, but you can definitely tell that all of this was homemade. Friendly staff, too. When I asked the manager about how they make everything in-house, he said, “I tell everyone I hire here, if you don’t cook with love, get out of my kitchen.” DEFINITELY recommend.

Amazing onion rings and possibly the best burger I have ever had. Will definitely be back!
I would like to give them fives stars as the burgers were the best We have had in years , however, the cheese/white sauce on the Poutine and Mac and cheese was a bust. Burger is hand packed house blend, great texture, cooked spot on, yummy bacon, lots of cheese and great aioli. BTW they have gluten free and a selection of regular buns and most items are breaded in chickpea flour so GF folks can chow down!!! You will not noice the difference even if you are not gluten free. Food is good. Now back to the cheese/white sauce on the fries and Mac and cheese, no flavor at all. I cook many different gluten free cheese sauces to include a white sauce. I do not consume a gluten free diet as a necessity, my partner does so when I say a good gluten free item passes for both diets it must be good!!! The sauce was fluffy and creamy but lacked salt and the main Star.....cheese. My Mac and cheese tasted like someone thickened the pasta water and forgot to salt that too. Oh,the fries that are supposed to be herbed seasoned were just plain old fries, nothing special. The salad was fresh spring mix with a Gorgonzola creamy dressing, amazing. Something any steakhouse would be proud to serve so try their list of offered salads. Blake’s triple jam on tap and old fashion were great too. Notified the kitchen. We will be back and see if things were addressed. Don’t pass this up. The burgers are a must.

Chef came out. Super knowledgeable. This is Awesome for Pontiac!
Holy MOly!! So the owner, Kevin has a relative who has celiac. The chef, has a daughter who also has it... so 75% of the menu is Gluten-free!! For an appetizer we had Fried Balogna Skewers. They use gluten free beer and chickpea flour for breading and use a dedicated fryer!! So delicious!!! For dinner I had the Wild Mushroom Ragout: eight species of mushrooms, roasted and simmered in cream, herbs, and red wine, then tossed with Spinach Ricotta stuffed Agnolotti pasta... yes, it’s gluten free!!! Btw... they have Flint-style chili!! We are so impressed with this restaurant!! We are going tomorrow for brunch, I’ll report back!
