I love this restaurant and eat here once a month. Almost all of the main dishes are gluten free and they have a gluten free option instead of naan. I have never had a reaction.

Menu says gluten free but I had a horrible reaction to it and I generally don't have reactions from cross contamination only direct gluten.

100% worth your time! I don’t know why this place is not listed within this app, but 2/3 of the menu is GF! Service is amazing! Do not miss this place! The food was so tasty! I also was given GF chickpea “crackers”, when do we ever get bread or crackers! OMG, you would be silly not to eat here!!! FIVE STARS ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ My husband enjoyed as well! Since mostly everything is GF, we got to share, another rare commodity. Team Winther will be back for sure!!! Good job Little Nepal I’m 100% very celiac! Trust me… go check this place out!!!

First time, went to buffet, no reaction. I almost never do buffers but since thy have so few gluten items I was willing to risk it. I avoided any front dish where a serving spoon with gluten could pass over it from the back dish because sometimes food falls off into the front dish, which is typical of buffets.

Server didn’t know what was gluten free. But she went to the back and about 10 minutes later somebody came out and told me.

Sweet potato tikka masala! Never seen this dish before. Loved it! Everyone loved we all had at least two helpings. I had four. I normally just go for meat at a buffet but this was so delicious!

Funny, the chicken tikka masala was fine but not among the best I’ve had. Tandoori chicken was also fine. I didn’t like the lamb vindaloo much.

But the saag paneer was great.

If you're looking for great Indian food with a knowledgeable staff, stop here. I opted for the buffet and the owner walked me around and pointed out the two items that contained gluten, the rest was gf! The tandoori chicken was very flavorful and the chai tea was a delightful accompaniment. I left with a full and happy belly. Yum.
