This 100% gluten free restaurant is a slow-food must for people visiting Paris. Probably the best GF pizza I had in my life!! The menu (which is totally gluten free) offers an incredible variety of starters (had a stunning frittura di calamari), and the place is refined and warm. Keep an eye on the prices!
