We had a horrible horrible experience . With Order items missing and despite checking multiple times for the items I was ordering , both when ordering and when food was bought to our table I still ended up with gluten on my plate. And I got sick before we even finished our meal .we will not ever be returning there while a part owner may be coeliac the attitude of some of the staff and a chef who does not even know the difference between a medium rare steak and a blue steak and what is gluten and what is not has put us off.

I see below that the part owner is Coeliac, which is great and should fill you with confidence. However, when we dined here I ordered an espetada and asked for it to be gluten free without the battered onion rings, I stated that I was Coeliac. When my meal came to the table the skewer had onion rings on top of it...I explained to the waitress again that I couldn’t have these and would need a new espetada due to contamination. I watched her take it back to the open kitchen and tell the chef. The chef uttered some less than desirable words and then she pulled the rings off the top of the espetada and sent it straight back. I had to tell the waitress that I had seen what had happened and that it wasn’t good enough and I really needed a new one. I am sure this is just the attitude of that one chef so maybe others would have a better experience at this place, however, I won’t be visiting again. Mistakes happen but it was her attitude that really put me off.
