We went for the gluten free pizza, because of the sign they had on their front door. After waiting for service for too long we learned that they did not have the gluten free pizza... or ice tea or other basic requests. we decided to leave. the waitress was not knowledge, the restaurant is unorganized.
We will go the extra mile to provide gluten free healthy products on the menu. We have started making our own gluten free products using organic whole-grains from Buffalo Valley Grains of Buffalo, Mn. The grains are organic as well as less refined than traditional flours and are not genetically modified and provide a lower glycemic option to the traditional flours. We started making desserts and pizza crusts and are now starting to experiment with breads. ***Note if you are Celiac, please make sure you let us know and we will take care to clean any cookware or serving utensils***
