Review of Livingston County Pizza Company

WOW! This place is a dream come true. My daughter (11) was diagnosed with Celiac disease four years ago. Plus she has an egg allergy. We have tried less than 10 restaurants since then. I want her to find a place that she feels confident to order at. After all the reviews and tons of research we tried this place. I am posting this review over 24 hours after eating here and she has shown zero signs of a gluten reaction. It is a dream come true. She LOVED the cheese sticks and the pizza was the best she has had since being diagnosed. Her words. We live a bit away but will definitely be back. The bakery part did not have anything that she could eat...not expecting that due to the egg allergy. So, we cannot leave a review on that. The regular pizza my Son ordered and the regular BLT sub I ordered was amazing. A great place for a family to enjoy. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable about her egg and gluten restrictions. I am a very happy Mom!
