Waiter asked if there were any food allergies as soon as we sat down. When I said gluten, he asked if I could or couldn’t do soy, and understood when I said I could eat soy but not soy sauce containing wheat. He spoke with the chef and immediately came back to give me a list of options that would work for me and what substitutions could be made to make certain items GF! I didn’t feel like an inconvenience at all and had plenty of great options to choose from. The food was delicious!
