We drove from Ga because we were craving Carolina slaw, which you can't find in Atlanta. My daughter has to eat gluten, dairy and egg free so finding a restaurant to accommodate those needs is most challenging. I called before leaving Ga and spoke to Chef Caleb. He was amazing, offering to make whatever he could for my daughter! He was super nice and agreed to make a vinegar based slaw to accompany our pulled pork. When I got there, he allowed me to sample the custom recipe with the pork. WOW...All I can say is the food was the best...well worth a 4 hour round trip, no doubt!!! He prepared our food in to-go containers and we found a nice place to eat outside! I can't say enough about Caleb...an amazing Chef but most of all, provided a meal that felt normal for my daughter!
