This was a fantastic place to get pizza. The head chef was very knowledgeable and prepared my pizza with completely new ingredients and in the walk in so there was no chance of flour from the air getting on my pizza. They place the gf on parchment paper so it never comes into contact with surfaces that may contain gluten. I can't eat pizza out normally but here I had no pain or side effects. Definitely recommend and just talk to your wait staff.
