I had an amazing gluten-free pizza. While I have to maintain a gluten free diet for health reasons, I am not celiac. The waiter was very knowledgeable. She said that while they would clean the oven and make every effort to avoid cross-contamination, it may not be a good bet for someone who is extremely sensitive. I appreciated her honesty and we all had a fantastic meal.
