Symptomatic Celiac

I talked with waitress and she was unsure of what was gluten free. She was helpful and went and talked to Chef. I ordered burger with gluten free bun and fries. Asked waitress if fries were cooked in it's own frier and she said yes. I had no reaction to what I ate and it was all very good.
