The owner of the Winnipeg franchise has a severe food allergy and he understands the needs of celiacs and all food allergies. The vibe is typical corporate pub, but the food is out of this world. Food is delivered separately and confirmed as gluten free. Every employee knows how to keep you safe. The Local Burger is up to any American's standard. Highly recommend for safety, ambiance, and taste!
