I really appreciate what they’re doing here! I think somewhere it needs to be noted their big items (breakfast pizza and jumbo cinnamon roll) are made with Caputo (wheat flour with the gluten removed). I know it’s safe for celiacs but not for those with a wheat allergy. It made me nervous. I’ve wanted to try it though and splitting the cinnamon roll in 4 with my girls was a good way to do that. Having said that I think it needed a little salt. It was a little disappointing. The bagel sandwhich was amazing! The breakfast fries were a little underwhelming. The mozzarella sticks had a great crunch but by the time they came to our table they were cold (as was the marinara). The banana foster French toast (dairy free) was the big winner. So so delicious!
