Fried Fish Platter with choice of fried shrimp, catfish, scallops or oysters. Coated in cornmeal and fried in a dedicated fryer. Absolutely delicious. Staff seemed knowledgeable. They said they even took a wonton off on the menu so nothing with flour would go into the fryer. But a day later I experienced some stomach upset. I have Hashimoto’s and have actually NEVER experienced stomach upset with gluten so it could be a coincidence. But I updated the post and decreased my safety rating just in case.
