Loeb's NY Deli

Ordered and paid for GF bread. Was served regular bread, should have known it looked too much like real bread. Took a bite and immediately regretted it. Chef not owner seemed to care, just refunded cost of the toast. STAY AWAY!

Bread hold together and tastes good....but there is mild cross contamination

No separate prep area for gluten free. I would have loved to try it, but it wasn't worth the risk.

We are Gluten Sensitive and not strict celiac. However, I talked to Steve, and he said he prepares gluten-free sandwiches in a different place then his regular sandwiches, so should be OK? Awesome pastrami! Would recommend for a quick sandwich.

Gluten free sandwich bread available! They don't advertise this much; I happened to walk by and see a sign one day. Open for breakfast and lunch, good deli sandwiches and (drumroll, please) breakfast sandwiches! It's hard to find a good gluten free sandwich in downtown DC; this one fits the bill.
