Since we arrived they made us feel at home, all the staff is knowledgeable about food handling. The presentation of the dishes and the combination of flavors is excellent. The CEO IS ALLERGIC to gluten, which is why he was in charge of selecting the menu together with chef @Calvinmaxd, achieving a high-level fusion. They have a variety of GF dishes and all the desserts are GF. We enjoyed two starters, a main course and two desserts. I hope to come back soon 🥳
