Review of Logan's Roadhouse

True gluten-free is without ALL grains including rice, corn etc. Logan's actually recognize that rice is part of gluten-free menu so I am amazed that there is 1 chain restaurant that is up to speed with gluten facts. Glutenology org has the latest research about gluten for anyone who has not already found this info.
