We stayed at the Story Hotel in Malmo and stopped in to this restaurant for a quick bite. The menu is not marked, but the server asked the kitchen what they can make GF. I had a delicious glass of red wine and the most phenomenal ‘BEET’ tartare. The fries are sometimes done in a dedicated fryer and other times not. Today , when I went, they had a dedicated fryer for French fries. I did not get sick and felt well taken care of.
