I've ordered from Loki Poké numerous times via deliveroo and the allergens for each option are clearly listed - with everything being gluten free!
There are plenty of vegetarian/ vegan options alongside meat/ fish so a really well-rounded menu. I have eaten a couple of variations of the 'tofu' bowls and usually opt for sushi rice and the portions and quality of the food is fantastic. Packed with flavour whilst being relatively healthy compared to other takeaway options.
