The staff was somewhat knowledgeable, but I am not sure exactly how GF the food is. They said I could get sushi, chopped salad, and a few other items. I ordered 2 California rolls, and they told me there would be an up-charge because there is flour on their regular crab sticks, so I would have to have King crab (a $16 upcharge). They made a few mistakes on our orders so I was a bit nervous overall. I did not get sick but I only get sick if I eat a large amount of gluten.
