The server had all ingredient information with her on a tablet and was able to tell me what was gluten and onion free. They even have a GF fryer so the fries are safe! Best meal I had in Montreal. This is a vegan place and I'm not even vegetarian, and I loved it. They are very conscious of allergies. Their menu has gluten free and soy free dishes marked.
