Amazing restaurant with plenty of gluten free, coeliac safe meals that are prepared in a separate area. I ate here every day during our 5-night stay and was looked after well by the staff - special thanks to Angel, Remy, and Luis, and the kitchen staff, of course! Healthy, fresh ingredients and great flavours! Definitely recommend the banana oatmeal pancakes for breakfast and the tacos for lunch/dinner! The salads and bowls are healthy and filling, and the drinks are tasty (try the tropical iced tea). Great atmosphere any time of day. 10/10!

The waitress was really friendly with us always asking if we are ok. She was really aware about gluten free staff, and she said that use a separate space when cooking gluten free food. Some items are marked gf in the menu but others can be adapted. I would recommend 100%

Felt very safe eating here. Not only is the menu labeled, but the waiter also fully understood gluten free. The fish tacos (if you tell them gf they come grilled, not breaded) were delicious, as was the Latin ceviche.

Shoutout to Marco for making this experience so great for us! He was the manager on duty that night and made us feel so comfortable about ordering gluten free. He immediately knew everything about what was safe or not and we had an excellent meal here. 11/10 recommend the poblano fish plate, it was our favorite meal of the entire trip.

This open air Mexican-fusion restaurant is not to be missed if you are visiting Isla Mujeres. Dedicated gf prep area in kitchen, gf items marked on menu and great knowledge of staff. The food was absolutely delicious and very plentiful. We tried the ceviche, tacos and bowls.

Best meal we’ve had so far this trip! Found Lola Valentina here on TripAdvisor looking for gluten free options for lunch. My wife and I are both Celiac and were excited to find this place. Our servers Abraham and Luis were very attentive, even catching when the kitchen staff delivered a second bowl of tortilla chips that weren’t the GF version.

The menu is well marked for GF options which were plentiful. The guacamole was some of the best I’ve ever had. I ordered the fish tacos (grilled not breaded) for the entree and my wife had the hangar steak bowl. Both were exceptional.

If you need to eat gluten free, I highly recommend Lola Valentina. We would definitely eat here again.

I didn't expect at all, but it was a great place!! We told the waitress we needed gluten free food and she really took care. She brought us gluten free Chips for our guacamole. The menu had items labeled GF and the food was delicious!! I really recommend you this place!

I’d say half of the staff knew what Celiac was. All of them knew what items were marked gluten. The food was fantastic and I didn’t have any issues after eating there 5 times over two weeks. Had breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.

This place was amazing. Great drinks and delicious tacos that were stuff with fillings. My husband (Celiac) got the fish tacos (no breading) and raved about them. Service was excellent and it wasn’t too busy when we went (mid day on a weekday). We would definitely return! Felt very safe eating here.

They have great GF options- Hamburger, Tacos, different kind of breakfasts, and more. For the French fries-you can ask to be gluten free as well

Staying on Isla Mujeres for 3 days, ate here 3 times. I have celiac and one of our 3 teenagers is a vegetarian. The food was fantastic all three meals. Huge variety of Mexican cuisine, gourmet tasting but very reasonably priced. Can't say enough about the taste, variety and services.
