Excellent knowledge by Chef Lacy of gluten- free needs. She has been very accommodating with celiac needs; if it is possible to modify a menu item offered, she will do it. The results: DELICIOUS! And I walk away unscathed.

They can make any sandwich or wrap gluten free. The food is delicious with specials daily. Gluten free cookies. Espresso coffee.
