This is an interesting taco and burger joint with a eclectic menu. They do not have a gluten-free menu but are accommodating. They sport corn tortillas and can convert some of their usual tacos to the corn tortilla or convert a burrito to a bowl. They mentioned plantains as gluten-free. After asking aren’t these fried, we were asked if we are very sensitive to gluten - they do not have a dedicated gluten-free fryer. They fry their corn chips in the same fryer as other gluten containing products so we couldn’t have the nachos. We have had tacos on corn tortillas (shrimp) safely. Good idea to ask staff about prep of a specific order
