Lola’s has many things marked gluten free. The food is good. They are very clear that it’s not a gluten free kitchen. I’ve gotten sick the last 2 times eating here unfortunately.
Had a good diverse range of GF food. Most food was naturally GF or could be made GF. We went during a lunch rush but food was still safe. I got the chicken “burger”. It was more of just a grilled chicken breast with a bun and toppings, but yummy nonetheless. Their bun was so delicious; I’ve grown accustomed to the typical Udi’s bun, but their bun was much better! Also, they oddly don’t have regular fries but have sweet potato ones. I didn’t have a problem with this as I was searching for some lighter food for the day. Typical healthy food, but they had some unique options and a good variety! Would recommend for a lunch destination, slightly pricey. I was initially hesitant to try here as another review said they got glutened, but they seemed to be knowledgeable and reassured me that they would try very hard to minimize any cross contamination. I want to note that my sensitivity is not as volatile as some, and while I do react I might not as much as others! :)
I did a bunch of research to find items I could eat & drink with my auto immune disease (GF DF RSF Soy Free). The only uncertainty was the oil they use (sunflower oil) which I can have. The staff was knowledgeable and put it in the system. Anything they didn’t know the asked without hesitation.
I got the Baja bowl GF DF and it was fresh with big chunks of potatoes. The green smoothies was delicious.

Amazing food and gf options marked on menu. Staff is familiar w celiac and lots of great options. Smoothies, bowls, sandwiches, plates, & gf bread available
Great spot! Had breakfast here (which is normally so difficult when you are gf) & we were blown away by how gf friendly most of the menu is. Plus everything is flavorful & delicious!! A new fave for sure!
Lola’s has a ton of gf options and all are marked on the menu. I’ve eaten here a few times with no reaction. I’ve mostly ordered the Baja breakfast bowl because the staff said it would be the less likely dish for cross contamination. They have great beverages and offer gf pancakes and waffles. They only offer gf waffles with bob’s redmill gf certified flour so the waffle maker has low risk of cross contamination. The gf pancakes are made on a shared griddle with gluten buns so there is high risk of cross contamination. The granola and oatmeal is NOT certified gf. The fryer is dedicated gluten free but their sweet potato fries are no certified gf. The majority of their menu is marked gf.
