The staff was friendly and listened to my food restrictions. Unfortunately she stated the fries are in a shared fryer w the corn tortilla chips AS well as the fish fry. Not safe as the fish fry brand is not gluten free. (The waitress confirmed the chips are made in the restaurant) I felt bloated and nauseous the minute I left after ordering tacos only w corn tortillas. Which they do make homemade and stated everything I had was gluten free. The overall food was great, but not so great coming back up. *sigh* - sad celiac ☹

I was told all the meats are gluten free so just order on a corn tortilla. I also had their nacho and they were excellent. Chips are brought in, not fried on site. My only complaint is that they are extremely slow!! It took 45 minutes to get three carne asada tacos.

I spoke with the waitress about my severe wheat allergy. She went to the kitchen and spoke with the chef. They both looked at their ingredients such as spices they put on their food. She came to me and said the spices are gluten free. I was able to get Pozole, Quesadilla Birria (on corn tortillas), and Tostada's (corn tortillas). I did not get sick I even waited till the next day. Overall the experience was excellent. The communication I had with the employees made me feel they took my allergy serious.
