The girl working there was awesome- she had celiac too and she and the cook made sure my sandwich was prepared without contamination. The gluten free roll was great and the sandwich really hit the spot after a beach day. Sensitive celiac and did not react.

LB sandwich co has awesome gluten free rolls. It’s not celiac safe but a great option for gluten intolerance if you’re in Long Beach looking for a sandwich
