Do not have a gf menu but the staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. This location is a scratch kitchen and very good food.
delicious vietnamese food with a huge menu of options. items arent marked gf but the servers are helpful and can let you know what the ingreients in dishes are or if theyre gf. get the braised pork with coconut and you wont regret it.
Mixed experience here at Long Provincial. It took quite a while for our waiter to come take our order, and he seemed to be new and not at all knowledgeable about GF considerations or the menu in general (to be fair, the menu is 15 pages long). About 20 more minutes after ordering a dish that the waiter said he would mark as GF, a manager came out and explained why that particular dish couldn't be made GF. From there I was a lot more at ease - the manager knew all the ingredients in each dish and potential concerns, and recommended some dishes I could have - the spicy lemongrass beef, and the chicken satay. Both were quite good, and I have no issues to report afterwards. Ask for the manager if you go here - she'll keep you safe.
I have to knock off a point for the service though; after the initial wait, we again waited about 15 more minutes before I eventually just brought the check up to the register myself to pay.
This restaurant is amazing! probably the best Vietnamese restaurant that I have ever been to. It is a huge plus that they understand the needs of GF individuals in terms of Asian food and the hidden glutens in different sauces. I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of my meal, and felt great afterwards.
The host (who might be the owner) was very helpful and eager to make sure I got what I needed. He said to avoid the soy sauce and the false prawns but most everything on the menu was available for me to order. The food was good, and the staff were amazing (they really were what made the experience).
