Review of Longhi's Ko Olina

They had gluten free chart they gave me, after talking to the front desk I felt comfortable giving it a try ( they said they were aware of cross contamination etc) I have a Nima sensor to test all my food and my Caesar salad (longhi longhi salad) with no croutons had gluten in it. Thank god I had my nima. They were unapoplectic and the manager didn’t even care that I would have been in the hospital also the waiter later said that the gluten free chart I had was wrong 🤦🏼‍♀
