They don't have a gluten free menu, they have a page that tells you what doesn't contain gluten and how to order an item so it doesn't contain gluten. i went there yesterday and was glutened. I had a crouton- less ceasar salad, flo's filet and loaded baked potato. I requested the salad to be tossed separately, but dont think it was since I am so sick currently.

Upon entering, there was no Host/Hostess present. After a few minutes, a Manager appeared and asked if we had "been helped", to which we replied "no". Immediately, he left to go get someone. When the Hostess appeared to seat us I asked her for a Gluten-Free menu, which she could not find, but said she would bring me one. She never did. When our waitress came, I asked her for a Gluten-Free menu. She went to go look for one, but to no avail. She informed me that they were printing one out for me. The Gluten-Free menu was subtractive, without specifically produced Gluten-Free items ("Ask for ___ without ___". Service was incredibly slow. The food was good, but cold.
Longhorn is our go-to steakhouse when we are traveling. When we told the server I was celiac, she said “Don’t worry, we will take care of you. The chef will make sure there is no cross contamination.” Food came out, everything was delicious as usual, with no problems. We travel to Fort Smith often, and will definitely be back.

10/10 experience! Our host immediately asked if we’d be needing the allergen menu while seating us, which was awesome. The main menu does not label, but I was able to cross reference with the allergen menu when I ordered. I ordered the 6oz filet with lobster tail, brussel sprouts and a sweet potato. The lobster tail was SO good, steak was delicious and tender, and sides also great!
The only thing that concerned me was the bread they serve for the tables. Obviously they handle a LOT of gluten since all the tables get loaves, but as long as you’re careful it’s okay.

Great food and the kitchen staff was knowledgeable of celiacs and gluten allergies. They also have a dedicated French fry frier.
Updated for 2024: I’ve eaten here a couple times, usually when I’m visiting town, I’ve never gotten sick. Just be up front with your celiac status and the waiters will help you.
