Separate GF menu. They said they had a designated area for preparing. Did not get sick.
Decent gluten free menu which can be provided if asked for it. Servers are not very knowledgeable about celiac/gluten free. If you stick to the basics and look at their website prior to going you will be fine. I had a burger (no bun) and baked potato and did not get I’ll.
We ordered fries and found out they were cooked with chicken tenders 🤨
Due to the rather large selection on the gluten-sensitive menu, we always find a LongHorn Steakhouse when traveling. My daughter, who has celiac disease, has always had good experiences with this chain. However, within two hours after a recent visit to LongHorn in Hagerstown, MD (while traveling), my daughter became ill with symptoms of gluten contamination. I filled out LongHorn's online survey sharing this information, and provided my contact information. It has been five days and I still have not been contacted by any representatives of the company or management from that location.
We love to eat here. They have a large gluten free selection.
Wonderful DELICIOUS salmon, asparagus, rice pilaf, sautéed mushrooms. They cook gluten-free meals in separate pans. Starter salad with raspberry vinaigrette. The taste was incredible! The service understood gluten-free needs and helped pick things out. I would go here again and again.!

Had a great experience last Friday. The server, Kimaria, was very diligent in writing down and communicating my celiac and dairy/seafood allergy to the kitchen. The new manager, April, also came over to speak with me after we ate. The best steak and chicken ever! Cooked to perfection! No issues after at all!!

Although this restaurant doesn’t have a GF Menu. The staff were highly knowledgeable about what items had Gluten and what didn’t. Being Celiac they made sure to let me know their protocols about cleaning the grill to my food coming out first and the waitress delivering it had gloves on. Best experience being a celiac eating out!

I ordered the house salad without cheese and croutons and balsamic vinagrette . My entree was grilled salmon, steamed broccoli and seasoned rice and it was a large portion which was good.
