Separate GF menu. They said they had a designated area for preparing. Did not get sick.
Decent gluten free menu which can be provided if asked for it. Servers are not very knowledgeable about celiac/gluten free. If you stick to the basics and look at their website prior to going you will be fine. I had a burger (no bun) and baked potato and did not get I’ll.
We ordered fries and found out they were cooked with chicken tenders 🤨
Due to the rather large selection on the gluten-sensitive menu, we always find a LongHorn Steakhouse when traveling. My daughter, who has celiac disease, has always had good experiences with this chain. However, within two hours after a recent visit to LongHorn in Hagerstown, MD (while traveling), my daughter became ill with symptoms of gluten contamination. I filled out LongHorn's online survey sharing this information, and provided my contact information. It has been five days and I still have not been contacted by any representatives of the company or management from that location.
We love to eat here. They have a large gluten free selection.
Server seemed knowledgeable about cross contamination. Ordered a steak and sweet potato and seem to have had no problems.

I've been a couple of times and the staff is careful to ask management and kitchen about any questions I have. You can have basics like steak and shrimp. I was especially excited that I could have soup so I didn't feel left out when people at my table ate bread and appetizers.

Ordered chopped steak with onions off GF menu. Supposed to come with a garlic herb sauce but it looked like gravy. I specifically questioned the waiter about the gravy and he went and got someone from kitchen who said if it’s on GF menu then it’s GF 🙄. My daughter had symptoms after eating. I should have stuck with my gut feeling.

While on vacation my husband and I didn't eat out but once since I'm afraid of being glutened. After looking at many menus online we decided on Longhorn Steakhouse to go. They have a really nice selection of gluten free menu items and took great care in making sure that my allergy was noted. It was on the order receipt and hand written in large letters, NO BREAD OR GLUTEN TO TOUCH THIS ORDER. It was also printed on my dinner box, ALLERGEN CUSTOMER: GLUTEN. The food was beyond delicious and could tell they took care with my meal. No sickness whatsoever! I highly recommend and will dine with them again next time we visit!
