Longsands Fish Kitchen

Went on a busy Saturday evening and they could not have been more attentive. Ordered 3 gluten free fish and chips and waited for them to be cooked. After maybe 10 mins a member of staff came up to me and explained that the fish had been over cooked and wasn’t up to their usual standards so they had binned it and were preparing another three. She then gave me my money back as she said it was unacceptable that I was having to wait. I thought this was very nice of them and I really appreciate them taking pride in their product. I didn’t expect a refund - felt a bit bad taking it. The fish and chips were really good - and not just because they were free ;). We’ll definitely go back here.

Beautiful GF chips. Safe in separate frier and available all of the time. Just a shame they stopped doing GF halloumi fries as they were amazing too
