Review of L'opossum

Staff was very considerate of my gluten intolerance. They checked with me when I made the reservation and knew when I came in that there was an intolerance at the table. My server was very knowledgeable about the food ingredients and steered me toward any necessary modifications. Food was absolutely delicious, we'll suited to a special occasion. I did not check on dedicated cooking space so not sure about if this is celiac- friendly, but felt in very good hands as someone with a less severe sensitivity.
