They cook in separate water from regular pasta. I’ve eaten here and always asked multiple questions but not gotten sick. Only got the pasta since I asked lots of questions. Only gf pasta is listed on menu or waitress knowing what is gf. No gf menu Update post review: I got glutened. I asked all the right questions but there must be flour in the air, or someone didn’t change gloves. I don’t know
