Lori's Bakery

As a coeliac (gluten allergy) finding nice baked treats can be difficult, especially in Northern Ireland. I've been to Paris and Rome, who have so many options, but none can compete with Lori's bakery. Far and away the best cupcakes I've ever had, it's simply a must try whether you have dietary restrictions or not. I cannot recommend her highly enough, it's wizardry what she does.
