The staff was accommodating and seemed to understand what I could and could not eat. The food was delicious, although portions were small.

Due to supply chain issues, Loro doesn't have tamari. Some of their normal GF items are off limits for now, like the chicken Karaage. There were still a ton of options available (attaching an allergen menu) and our server was kind enough to walk me through the menu and mark each item we ordered as an allergy to prevent any cross contamination. Food was wonderful and no issues aears. Always a great spot for gluten free eats.

This place is fantastic. When your order at the bar, the folks working there walk you though all of your options and are extremely knowledgeable about celiac needs. A decent portion of the menu is safe to eat. Quality of the food is amazing. I did not get sick after eating here and felt confident the team would keep me safe.

They are very knowledgeable of their menu and cross contamination. They have a huge book with all their menu items listed with allergens, ask at the bar where you order. Let them know you have celiac and they will take cross-contamination precautions. Also, house made sauce for rice bowl does contain fish sauce but bartender/server checked the bottle and it said “Gluten Free”. To go orders will also reflect GF items.

It’s a nice setting with outdoor seating mostly. The food I ate was good, and I did not have a gluten reaction.
However, this place loses 2 stars for
#1 No dedicated fryer
#2 house-made sauces contained gluten
A few changes in their menu and kitchen would make this place truly gluten-free friendly.

Very tasty and knowledgeable. One word of warning. When eating there, they will tell you that the fried items share a fryer, so cross contaminated. On Uber eats or other deliver systems, those items are listed GF. Don't order fried foods here on accident.

Loro is fantastic! Menu is clearly marked & staff is knowledgeable & understanding. Every single thing we’ve had there has been incredible. I’m always down for their frozen gin & tonic. If you are lucky enough to come on a day they are offering a bbq rib meal, do it! It’s transcendent. Can get crowded (it’s a beloved spot) but has loads of outdoor seating on the swanky patio & additional outdoor areas, as well as indoors.

Have ordered the same thing a few times and really enjoyed it each time with no symptoms (bavette bowl and chicken karaage). When we ordered online the first time, we ordered something that people online often commented was gluten-free, but the restaurant called us to say it's not and asked if we wanted to substitute it (pork belly). Very grateful they caught it!

The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful she knew what was GF off the top of her head but she brought out the allergy binder just to double check. She even explained how the different food was cooked and the taste! The food was delicious and I did not get sick! Great overall experience!

Absolutely phenomenal food and the staff is well trained on what gluten-free options are available. They do not have a separate menu but be sure to let the server know and they will explain what options they have available.

Every staff member I talked to (hostess, bar staff, server) knew exactly what was and wasn’t gf/celiac and was very nice about educating me on it. Tons of gf options here—most of the meats, many of the sides. No reaction to anything I ate and it was delicious!
