Not celiac safe! This restaurant may use gluten free ingredients but their chips are fried in the same fryers as gluten containing food and cross contamination is unavoidable. I was told they could make nachos gluten free, but then I asked if they were celiac safe and they said they weren’t familiar with that other than they knew the term but not what it was. I asked if they had a designated GF fryer and/or prep space and they said they fry all of their chips in the same fryers as their non-GF food. I asked if they had anything that would be celiac safe from cross contamination and she said no, everything would have come into contact with gluten at some point, and she recommended I do not eat there as she didn’t want me to get sick. I did not end up getting food here, but my family without gluten sensitivities did eat here, and they loved it. They have menu items with “GF” next to them, but from what I’ve been told by the workers, that is incorrect.
