Review of Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant

The staff was so accommodating. Their cheese sauce is a corn starch base, the sweet corn and mashed potatoes use gluten free spices (they actually showed us). My daughter had cheese enchiladas with corn tortillas with mashed potatoes and sweet corn without issues.
