They don't know too mucho about gluten free dishes, but they will ask you as much as they can to provide a safe experience. Their dedication is their strongest point, their lack of knowledge is their weakest point. Anyway, as a celiac, I had a very good dinner there. Specialized on Canarian and seafodd meals.
