I have been glutened twice at this restaurant and got really sick. The staff does not care to know or educate themselves on a gluten allergy. I asked for GF chips and they brought me some, told me they were GF and they were not at all. The were the exact same. Also, I doubt the enchiladas or sauce are safe which they just told me they were. I don’t think the kitchen staff changes gloves or have a separate prep area.
